How we deliver your order, and our policy on returns and exchanges.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible once payment has been confirmed. Delivery times depend on your location, the courier used, and product availability, and will be communicated to you at checkout or by email/WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. Local collection from our Durban North premises is also available on request — please select this option at checkout or contact us to arrange a time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking information where available. Netronical is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If you receive a new product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange an inspection, repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, where reasonably possible.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on second-hand, used, or refurbished goods once they have left our premises or been delivered, except where the item is found to have a fault that was not disclosed to you at the time of sale. Second-hand and refurbished items are sold in the condition described in the listing or quote at the time of sale, and buyers are encouraged to ask any questions and request further photos or information before purchasing.
Where a second-hand or refurbished item comes with a specific warranty period (communicated to you at the time of sale), any fault covered by that warranty will be repaired or the item replaced at our discretion — this does not entitle you to a refund or exchange for change-of-mind reasons.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on second-hand/refurbished goods. For new, unopened, and unused products in original packaging, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — reasonable restocking and shipping costs may apply, and the product must be returned in a resaleable condition.
Our repair and installation services are not subject to this shipping/returns policy — please see our Terms & Conditions for repair collection timelines, forfeiture of uncollected items, and payment terms.
To request a return, replacement, or report a delivery issue, please contact us at sales@netronical.co.za or 0692926474 with your order number and a description (and photos, where relevant) of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps.
